1. Raw material selection and pretreatment

These materials have been strictly screened and tested to ensure that their physical properties and chemical stability meet the standard requirements. In addition, all materials must undergo special treatments such as moisture-proof, salt spray-proof, and mildew-proof to improve the environmental adaptability of the product.
2. Production, processing and assembly
CNC precision processing: The CNC production workshop equipped by Henglian Company has high-precision CNC machine tools, which can realize precision processing of aluminum alloy shells and contacts, including drilling, milling, turning and other processes. The processing accuracy can reach micron level, ensuring that the dimensional accuracy and form and position tolerance of each component meet the MIL-C-38999-1 standard.
Welding and assembly process: The contact parts adopt advanced automated welding technology to ensure that the welding points are firm, the contact resistance is small and stable. The assembly of sockets and plugs adopts precise assembly technology to ensure that the bayonet connection structure is stable and reliable, and the plugging and unplugging are smooth, meeting the requirements of quick connection and separation. 3. Quality Inspection and Certification

Especially for the XCF series electrical connectors, the low temperature impact test verifies its impact resistance under extreme temperatures, and the salt spray test evaluates its corrosion resistance to ensure that the product can work stably and long-term in harsh environments such as ships, aerospace, etc.

4. Environmental adaptability test
Temperature cycle and humidity test: Place the XCF series electrical connector in an environment simulating extreme temperature and humidity, and conduct temperature cycle test and humidity test to verify its working performance and reliability within the operating temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃ (or +200℃, special note required) and under high humidity conditions.
Vibration and shock test: According to the MIL-C-38999-1 standard, the product is subjected to vibration and shock test to simulate the vibration and shock environment that it may encounter during transportation, installation and use, to ensure that the mechanical life of the connector meets the requirement of ≥1000 plug-in and unplug times, and the connection is stable and reliable.
