Crimping termination: The conductor of the cable is tightly pressed with the crimping terminal of the connector through a special crimping tool to form a reliable electrical connection. Crimping termination has the advantages of simple operation, firm connection, and easy maintenance. It is widely used in connections that require frequent plugging and unplugging or vibration environments.
Welding termination: The conductor of the cable is directly welded to the welding terminal of the connector, and the high temperature of welding causes the two to melt and combine to form a dual connection in electrical and mechanical aspects. Welding termination is suitable for occasions with extremely high connection strength requirements or limited space.
Threaded termination: The conductor of the cable is tightly locked with the terminal of the connector through a threaded structure to achieve electrical connection. Threaded terminations are anti-loosening, vibration-resistant, and suitable for high current transmission. They are often used for electrical connections outdoors or in harsh environments.
