1. Advanced production equipment and process guarantee

The housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy or carbon steel, and its strength and corrosion resistance are improved through a specific heat treatment process; the contacts are made of copper alloy or iron alloy, and are silver-plated or gold-plated to improve conductivity and wear resistance. The insulator is made of thermosetting material or glass, which has excellent electrical insulation and heat resistance.
In order to further enhance durability, Henglian has implemented a variety of surface treatment technologies on the housing and contacts of the bayonet connector. Such as galvanized military green passivation, chemical nickel plating and other shielding coatings, as well as anodized black and other non-shielding coatings, these treatments can not only improve the corrosion resistance of the parts, but also improve their surface hardness and wear resistance. 3. Strict inspection and testing to ensure quality
Henglian has advanced and complete inspection equipment in the industry, including spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, etc., for composition analysis and microstructure detection of raw materials to ensure that the material quality meets the design requirements. In addition, the processed parts are inspected for internal defects through non-destructive testing technologies such as ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle flaw detection to ensure that the internal structure of each part is complete and defect-free.
Using universal tensile testing machines, low-temperature impact testing machines, salt spray testers, insulation resistance testers, voltage testers and other equipment, the bayonet joints are tested in many aspects such as mechanical properties, environmental adaptability, and electrical properties. In particular, mechanical life tests such as vibration, impact, and constant acceleration are carried out to ensure that the bayonet joints can still maintain good connection stability and durability under extreme environments. The test standards strictly follow the national military standards and enterprise standards to ensure the reliability and safety of the products.
